This lovely villa offers exclusive accommodation ideal for a family vacation or a vacation with friends. Since it has a heated pool, Villa Melon is ideal for enjoying the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea all year round.

These ultra-modern holiday villas are located in a spacious, quiet complex and are unique in the coastal town of Privlaka, very close to the beach and the sea. Only a few meters to one of the best sandy beaches. The houses offer the ideal setting for families or a holiday with friends. The location affords sea views and panoramic views of the islands.

The villas are spacious, tasteful and of high quality and practical furnishings and offer everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing holiday. Internet and washing machine can be used free of charge. A high chair can be provided upon request. Air conditioners are located in all rooms, so you can feel good even on hot days indoors and sleep well. The use of air conditioners is free of charge.

On a floor space of 135 m2, the three-story terraced house can accommodate eight adults and two children. Newly built in 2016, this holiday home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room. On the ground floor is the living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area. The seating area with the modern flat-screen TV invites you to a cozy TV evening. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. One of the four modern bathrooms is also located on the ground floor. The first floor has a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Finally, on the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace, from which you also have a great view. The house is completely covered with the wireless signals. Further sleeping facilities are a cot and two sofa beds for one person (dimensions 90 x 200 cm).

Everyone can relax on the furnished terrace or in the 3 x 5 m swimming pool with an adjoining solar shower. The large parasol provides shade when needed. The stone wall on either side of the terrace provides privacy. There are 2 parking spaces next to the house.

There is the possibility to rent bicycles, kayaks and a boat or book organized trips to the Kornati National Park, Telaščica, Krka, Velebit or Paklenica. Overcrowding and airport transfers are available on request and for a fee. 

Pets are also allowed for an extra charge. Pet fee 10 €/day
