The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with balcony and panoramic views of the islands. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with balcony. On the roof there is a hot tub and a seating area. There are 2 parking spaces next to the house. The house is fully covered by WIFI.

These ultra-modern holiday villas are located in a spacious, quiet complex and are unique in the coastal town of Privlaka, very close to the beach and the sea. Only a few meters to one of the best sandy beaches. The houses offer the ideal setting for families or a holiday with friends. The location affords sea views and panoramic views of the islands.

The villas are spacious, tasteful and of high quality and practical furnishings and offer everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing holiday. Newly built in 2016, this holiday home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room. On the ground floor is the living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area. The seating area with the modern flat-screen TV invites you to a cozy TV evening. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. One of the four modern bathrooms is also located on the ground floor. The first floor has a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Finally, on the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace, from which you also have a great view. The house is completely covered with the wireless signals. Further sleeping facilities are a cot and two sofa beds for one person (dimensions 90 x 200 cm).

Everyone can relax on the furnished terrace or in the 3 x 5 m swimming pool with an adjoining solar shower. The large parasol provides shade when needed. The stone wall on either side of the terrace provides privacy and privacy. There are 2 parking spaces next to the house.
